Converpack at K-2019
The upcoming K-2019 trade show, or Kunststoff 2019 in full, is also an important event for the packaging industry, to be held in Düsseldorf from 16-23 October. The packaging-related stands can be found mainly in hall 3 and 4. Although Converpack does not have its own stand, we are present at our participating manufacturers. Here is a brief summary of what we have to offer:
DCM, booth 4D10
DCM is an important manufacturer of wrapping / cutting machines and shrink sleeve technology. Nordmeccanica has been the market leader in laminating and metallization technology for packaging films for many years. The stand is generally set up for information. Outstanding novelties are the new Super Combi 4000 machines with improved trolleys and the unparalleled Duplex and Triple One Shot, which make laminates in one machine run, which can be further processed in a few hours. For all questions in the field of laminating and metallizing you can go to the stand where the entire sales team is present.
Amut Comi, stand 3B92
Amut Comi is an important player in the field of thermoform technology. On the stand you can see the ACF820 thermoforming machine, equipped with 3 stations and with a shape size of 820 x 650 mm. There are three steps: Shapes, Die Cutting and Stacking. The control is provided by software developed in-house EASY, an HMI that allows settings to be easily executed and displayed in detail. The machine will be visible every hour in operation with 100% r-PET metallized film in Glue-less technology and uses a 4-compartment form for a dinner disposable consisting of a soup plate with a serving plate. The Amut Group, which is also active in the field of plastic recycling, is showing the further program at booth 16A05.
Laser pin, position 3A07
Laseprin is a specialist in the field of micro and macro perforation of packaging films. Microperforation can be used in cold or heated conditions. The latest development is the HLP, a sturdy punch for small and large holes that can be realized with one basic model. Examples of perforations and punch holes can be seen on the stand and you can inquire without obligation about the solution to the challenge for which you have been asked.
